When you come for your eye exam at our office, please bring your insurance card with you. You will need to fill out paperwork (or you can download it and fill it out in advance by clicking the forms below). We will do some vision testing, neurological testing and ocular health testing. In most cases, your eyes will be dilated which allows the doctor to see the back of the eye to assess the retina and optic nerve. Some people prefer to have a driver to take them home if their eyes are dilated, but for most people, this will not be necessary. Most patients who come to our office for a complete eye exam can expect to be at our office about an hour.
